아기 참새 토리

The sun rose and Mother sparrow began singing. Tori, the baby sparrow woke up, tired and sore from helping his mom make the nest the entire day before. Tori wanted to sleep a little bit more, but his mom would have none of it and woke him up. It was time to eat. Then, came a sparrow named Sookut. Sookut was strong and mean. He saw that the nest they had made was well-built so he kicked Mother and Tori out. Tori's father wasn't there to protect him because he had been killed by a hunter months ago. All the sparrows didn't like Sookut.

Sookut called all the sparrows in the forest to the meeting. He said that since he was the strongest, he should rule over them, and they should call him King. One old sparrow defied him and talked back to him, while the others laughed to themselves, but stayed silent to avoid trouble. Sookut got mad and attacked the old sparrow so that he broke one of his bones. The old sparrow died. Sookut insisted that the others bring him food. Tori had an idea--he brought Sookut a honey comb, filled with bees. The bees attacked Sookut while he was flying, and Sookut fell. Sookut became tangled in a bunch of feathers and he could not move. It was night time, and he could not move or breathe. He called out for help but no one answered.
